By using any service provided by YAADEX Shipping, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with our services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms.
YAADEX Shipping provides courier and logistics services including:
• International package shipping
• Air freight shipping services
• Package handling and processing
• Assisted online shopping services
• Delivery services within Kingston and surrounding areas
Services may be updated, modified, or discontinued at the discretion of YAADEX Shipping without prior notice.
Shipping charges are based on the weight of the package and are rounded to the nearest 0.5 lb.

Weight is calculated based on the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight where applicable.

Delivery times may vary depending on traffic, scheduling, or unforeseen circumstances.
YAADEX Shipping operates with full pricing transparency.
We charge:

✔ NO processing fees
However, customs duties may apply on shipments valued over USD $100, as required by Jamaican customs regulations.
Customers are responsible for any applicable government duties or taxes.
Shipping schedules are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:

• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Security inspections
• Government regulations
YAADEX Shipping is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
All packages are transported at the customer’s risk.
YAADEX Shipping is not responsible for:
• Vendor shipping errors
• Incorrect addresses provided by customers
• Items lost before reaching our warehouse
• Damage caused by improper packaging
• Delays caused by customs or carriers
Our responsibility begins once the package arrives at our facility and ends once the package is delivered or collected by the customer.
Fragile items such as:
• Electronics
• Glass items
• Liquids
• Cosmetics
• Breakable goods
are shipped at the customer’s own risk, regardless of packaging.
Customers are encouraged to request extra protective packaging where possible.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipments comply with Jamaican and international shipping regulations.
Prohibited items include but are not limited to:
• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Firearms or ammunition
• Explosives or hazardous materials
• Counterfeit goods
• Pornographic materials
• Perishable foods
• Live animals
• Cash, cheques, or negotiable instruments
Any prohibited item discovered may be:
• Confiscated
• Reported to authorities
• Destroyed or surrendered
YAADEX Shipping assumes no liability for seizures or penalties related to prohibited items.
YAADEX Shipping offers online shopping assistance services.
For these services:
• Full payment must be made before purchase
• Customers must confirm item details and specifications before ordering
• YAADEX Shipping is not responsible for vendor errors including:
Incorrect items
Wrong sizes
Vendor delays
Cancellations
All returns or refunds must be handled directly with the vendor.
YAADEX Shipping offers a Customer Referral Reward Program.
Customers who refer new clients will receive:
$150 JMD store credit
after the referred customer has spent $3,500 JMD or more with YAADEX Shipping.
Store credits can be applied toward future shipping charges.
Program terms may be updated at the discretion of the company.
Payments must be settled in full before packages are released or delivered.
Accepted payment methods may include:
• Cash
• Bank transfer
• Other approved payment options
Failure to complete payment may result in delayed release of packages.
All claims must be reported within 48 hours of package pickup or delivery.
Customers may be required to provide:
• Invoice or proof of purchase
• Photos of damaged items
• Package details
Claims submitted after the stated timeframe may not be accepted.
Customers are expected to collect packages within a reasonable timeframe after notification.
Packages left uncollected may incur storage fees after a specified period.
Packages unclaimed for extended periods may be disposed of, donated, or sold to recover storage costs.
YAADEX Shipping reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes take effect immediately once published or communicated to customers.
These Terms and Conditions represent the full agreement between YAADEX Shipping and its customers regarding the use of our services.
